Website Design in Springfield

Customers search by model, not by service

Around Clark County a great many searches start with a number. A model, a part number, or the code stamped on a worn component. The person typing it does not want a page about your dealership, they want to know whether you have that part or can service that machine. Sites built around service categories never appear for those searches.

That is a structural issue rather than a copy one. The equipment, models and parts you handle have to exist as content a search engine can read, which is a very different build from a five-page brochure site.

Seasonality is the second factor. Demand arrives in a rush, and a site that cannot be updated quickly by your own staff becomes a liability in the weeks that matter most. So the content system and who can use it are part of the brief, not an afterthought.

What we would look at first in Springfield

• Whether the models and parts you handle exist anywhere a search engine can read them
• What happens today when somebody searches a model number you support
• How quickly your own staff can change the site in a busy week, and who is able to
• How the site performs on a phone in a yard or a field with poor signal
• Whether seasonal hours and availability are ever updated anywhere
