Marketing, websites and software for shops and retailers

Shoppers search Google, or ask ChatGPT, before they drive over. We make sure your shop is the one they find, keep the website fixing its own problems, and then sort out the stock count the counter and the website disagree on.

What does Imagi-Tech do for shops and retailers?

Imagi-Tech runs search marketing, AI advisory and websites for shops and retailers across ten Ohio markets, and builds the point-of-sale and inventory software behind them. Search marketing has a published price of $800 a month. Everything else starts with a free audit and a fixed quote in writing. We work from 200 Putnam St in Marietta, and most retail work happens remotely, so a shop in Cincinnati gets the same people as one down the street.

Sound familiar?

Where shops and retailers get stuck

The counter and the website each show a different stock count for the same product, and the store hours on Google are from two summers ago.

Most of it comes down to two things: customers can't find you easily, and the systems you run on were never introduced to each other. We fix them in that order, one written quote at a time.

We start where the work comes in.

The systems we end up in

What shops and retailers run on

Most shops and retailers run some version of these four. When more customers start finding you, these are the systems that have to keep up.

  • Point of sale and card processing
  • Inventory and purchase orders
  • Online storefront and marketplace listings
  • Loyalty, gift cards, and promotions

What changes

  • One stock number the counter and the website both trust
  • Reorder points that fire before the shelf is empty
  • A daily close that takes a few minutes

Questions shops and retailers ask

Can you help a small shop show up when people search nearby?

Yes. Local search is most of what we do for retailers: your Google Business Profile, the map pack, and pages built for the searches that bring people in the door. Management is $800 a month, and you pay any ad budget to Google or Microsoft directly.

Does ChatGPT recommend local stores?

It does, and it tends to name whoever has the clearest information online. We check what it says about your shop today, then fix the listings and pages it draws on. You get the before and after in writing.

Will Webfresh Autopilot change our prices?

No. It fixes technical problems on its own, like a dead link or a slow photo. Anything that changes what the site says, including prices and product descriptions, waits for a person to approve it.

Can you connect our point of sale to the website?

Usually, yes. The free audit looks at what you run now and whether the systems can share data directly. If they cannot, we quote the work to connect them in writing before anything is billed.

Do we have to use all five services?

No. You can start with one, and you keep the same people whichever you add later.
