AI Advisory
Plain advice on where AI helps, and where it doesn't
Everyone is selling AI right now. We help you work out where it saves time or brings in work for a business your size, what to leave alone, and what it costs, before you buy anything.

What is Imagi-Tech AI advisory?
Imagi-Tech AI advisory is plain-language advice for small and mid-sized businesses in ten Ohio markets on where AI is worth using. We look at three places: how ChatGPT and Google's AI answers describe your business, which office tasks your staff repeat every week, and whether your website can keep itself in working order with Webfresh Autopilot. It starts with a free audit, and any work is quoted in writing before anything is billed. The advice comes from the team in Marietta that would do the work.
Where we look
Three places AI tends to pay
Each one ties back to one of our services, so a good idea on paper turns into work somebody here can do.
AI answers about your business
We ask ChatGPT and Google the questions your customers ask and write down whether you are named. AEO and GEO work then fixes the pages and listings those answers draw on. It runs inside search marketing, from $800 a month.
See Digital MarketingTasks worth handing off
Re-keying orders, building the same report every Monday, sorting the shared inbox. Some of that is a job for AI. Some is a plain database fix that costs less and breaks less often, and we tell you which.
See Custom SoftwareWebfresh Autopilot
AI checks your website for broken forms, slow pages and details that disagree with Google, and fixes the technical problems on its own. You approve anything that changes what the site says.
How Webfresh Autopilot worksStraight advice
What we'll tell you to skip
Part of the job is talking you out of things. Here is what we tend to say no to.
- Pasting customer records into a free chatbot that keeps what you type
- Buying an AI tool to fix a data problem. If the numbers live in three spreadsheets, AI gives you three answers.
- Replacing the person who answers the phone when your customers call to talk to a person
- Publishing pages an AI wrote that nobody at your business has read
If a spreadsheet would do, we'll say so.
How it works
Four stages, no surprises
Free audit
We check what AI tools say about you, how your website holds up, and where your staff lose hours to retyping. You get it in plain language and keep it either way.
A written plan
A short list of what to use, what to skip and what each item costs. Nothing is billed until you approve a fixed quote.
Do the work
We set it up, build it or run it: AEO and GEO through search marketing, automation through custom software, upkeep through Webfresh Autopilot.
Check it
Once it has been running, we look at what changed in the same plain monthly report, and drop anything that isn't paying for itself.
By industry
Where AI fits in your trade
A sawmill and an insurance agency get different advice. Each industry page covers where AI helps that trade, and where it doesn't.
Find out where AI fits in your business
We'll check what ChatGPT and Google say about you, how your website holds up, and where your staff lose hours to retyping, at no charge. You keep the findings whatever you decide.

Questions we get asked
Do we need to be using AI at all?
No. Plenty of businesses get more from fixing their Google listing than from any AI tool. We tell you which one comes first for you.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
It depends on the tool and its settings. We tell you which tools keep what you type, which don't, and what should never go into either, in writing.
What does AI advisory cost?
The first look is part of the free audit. Any work after that is quoted in writing before anything is billed. Search marketing, which includes the AEO and GEO work, is $800 a month for management.
How is this different from your digital marketing service?
Digital marketing is the monthly work of getting you found, including in AI answers. AI advisory is the wider question of where AI fits in the rest of the business. Sometimes it leads to that work, and sometimes to none.
Can you build what you recommend?
Yes, when building is the right answer. Custom software is one of our five services, and Webfresh Autopilot is our own.
Who gives the advice?
The same team that runs search marketing, builds software and answers support calls, from 200 Putnam St, Suite 201 in Marietta. Call (800) 314-1626 and a person picks up.
