Webfresh Autopilot

A website that finds and fixes its own problems

Most small business websites break slowly: a form stops sending, a page goes missing, the hours drift out of date. Webfresh Autopilot uses AI to catch those problems and fix them, then keeps tuning the site so search engines and AI answers keep sending you calls.

What is Webfresh Autopilot?

Webfresh Autopilot is Imagi-Tech's self-healing website service. It uses AI to check your site for the problems that quietly cost calls, such as broken links, slow pages, failed forms and details that disagree with Google, and it fixes the technical ones on its own. Anything that changes what your site says waits for you to approve it. It runs alongside our search marketing, so the pages we work to rank stay in working order. It starts with a free audit, and the price is put in writing before anything is billed.

What it watches

The problems that cost calls quietly

None of these takes a website down. Each one loses a few calls, and nobody notices until someone asks why the phone went quiet.

Forms and call buttons

A quote form that stopped sending, or a tap-to-call button that broke on a phone. Every message lost there came from a customer who had already picked you.

Broken links and missing pages

A page that was renamed or deleted, and the links that still point at it. Autopilot sends visitors and search engines to the right page instead of an error.

Slow pages

Photos uploaded straight from a phone, and scripts that piled up over the years. It shrinks the images and flags anything else that makes a page slow on a phone.

Titles shown in search

Pages with a missing, duplicate or vague title in Google. It drafts a plain one from what the page actually says and sends it to you to approve.

The details AI answers read

Structured data is the set of labels search engines and AI tools read to describe your business. Autopilot finds the errors in it and fixes them.

Hours, phone and address

Details on the site that disagree with your Google Business Profile. It flags the mismatch so the wrong one gets corrected.

Who decides what

What it fixes on its own, and what waits for you

Fixed on its own

  • Broken links pointed at the page that replaced them
  • Photos resized so pages load faster on a phone
  • Errors in the structured data search engines and AI tools read
  • Forms and call buttons tested, with an alert when one fails

Waits for your approval

  • Prices, hours and phone numbers
  • Service and product descriptions
  • Page titles and the descriptions shown in search
  • New pages, and anything about your staff or your customers

It fixes the plumbing on its own. It never changes what you say without asking.

How it works

Four stages, then it keeps going

1

Free audit

We check your site, your Google Business data and what AI tools say about you, then write it up in plain language. You keep it either way.

2

Clear the backlog

We fix what the audit found, starting with whatever is losing calls. You see the list before and after.

3

Watch and fix

Autopilot keeps checking the site. Technical problems get fixed as they appear, and anything that touches your wording comes to you first.

4

Improve and report

Each month we look at which pages are being found and which aren't, and suggest what to change next. The report counts calls and form fills next to what Autopilot fixed.

The limits

What it won't do

  • It won't redesign your site. If the layout is the problem, we'll say so and quote a rebuild in writing.
  • It won't run on a site nobody can log into. If yours was built by someone who left, moving it comes first, and that is quoted too.
  • It won't guarantee rankings. Nobody honest can, so we count calls instead.
  • It won't publish anything about your prices, hours or people without your yes.

Find out what your website is quietly losing

We'll test your forms and links, check your site's speed on a phone, and see what Google and ChatGPT say about you, at no charge. You keep the findings whatever you decide.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

What is a self-healing website?

A website that checks itself for problems and fixes the routine ones without waiting for someone to notice. Webfresh Autopilot does the checking with AI and leaves decisions about your wording to you.

Does AI change my website without asking?

Only the technical parts, like a broken link, an oversized photo or a structured data error. Anything a customer would read as your words, including prices, hours and descriptions, waits for your approval.

Which websites can it run on?

Sites we build or host. If yours lives somewhere else, the free audit says whether Autopilot can run on it or what moving it would take, with the cost in writing.

How much does it cost?

We quote it after the free audit, in writing, before anything is billed. Search marketing is the one price we publish, at $800 a month for management.

How is this different from website maintenance?

Maintenance usually means someone updates plugins when they remember. Autopilot keeps checking the things that cost calls, fixes them as they appear, and the monthly report shows what it found.

Will it help us show up in ChatGPT?

It keeps the structured data and business details AI tools read accurate, which is part of it. The rest is AEO and GEO work, which comes with our search marketing.

Who do I call if something looks wrong?

Us, at (800) 314-1626. A person picks up, and it is the same team that runs your site and your marketing.
