The Proz is an industrial kitchen cleaning company based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. They built their name on clean work delivered on time, and they aim past what the customer expects on every job.

The business challenge

The Proz sends a mobile workforce out to clean kitchens on site, and they need standards and control over that work. Their system had to schedule jobs and keep client records, and crews had to document each job with photos on site. The system they had could do that, though it could not process data in real time. They asked us to build a new application from the one we had built them earlier to cover the new needs.

What we did

We knew the existing Proz system and how mobile crews work, so we designed a new desktop and mobile application from there. The new app made scheduling and reporting easier, along with basic data entry, and it ran on modern hardware. Real-time data sharing meant office staff could see photos while crews were still taking them on site.

What happened

JobTrax pulled the quality control The Proz needed into one place. We got there through a lot of back and forth and steady rounds of improvement, and the web and mobile apps are still being built on. We have worked with The Proz for over 8 years to build and maintain the system, improving it as we go. The company keeps growing, helped in part by that quality control system and a crew that does the work right.
