About HHI Rentals, LLC
HHI Rentals, LLC rents bikes on Hilton Head Island. They also rent beach equipment, games, and fishing gear for whatever kind of vacation people have planned.
The business challenge
HHI Rentals, LLC used a variety of tools to handle rental receipts, scheduling, delivery, and pickup. They were unhappy with the service from several of those platforms and tired of switching between so many. They decided they wanted their own system that put all of it in one place, built for the bike rental business.
What we did
Imagi-tech partnered with HHI Rentals, LLC to build BodhiSys, a single system for bike rentals. It covers everything from the customer placing an order to field agents scheduling and documenting delivery and pickup. With the information and the user experience in one place, management gets easier and so does the daily workflow.
What happened
Together, Imagi-tech and HHI Rentals, LLC built the BodhiSys platform to serve equipment rental businesses of any size. HHI Rentals, LLC now runs all of its rental processing through BodhiSys, start to finish. We keep tuning the system based on their feedback from real use.
Core features
- Scheduling: a full scheduler tool for trips, the orders in progress, and who is handling each one.
- Delivery and pickups: desktop users plan routes on a map view and set the order of stops for field agents.
- Driver workflow: drivers follow a controlled delivery and pickup process in the same system, which keeps quality up for customers and makes everyone accountable.
- Storefront and customer orders: rental companies enter their information into BodhiSys, and it generates a storefront where customers can rent.
