Can you move a Microsoft Access database to the cloud?
Yes, that is what this service does. Your business processes move across intact, and you review and approve the blueprint and the prototypes at each checkpoint. Nobody has to rebuild the workflow from memory afterward.
Will we lose our data or our reports?
No. During the review we list the reports people run and rebuild each one as part of the scope. The month-end report comes across with everything else.
Does the team have to relearn everything?
No. We document how the work runs before we rebuild anything, so the new system looks familiar to the people who used the old one. It also works on desktop, tablet and phone.
Our Access database still works. Why move it?
If it works well, leave it alone. The audit shows you where the risk sits, whether that's a single shared drive, one machine holding the only working copy, a version nobody can license any more, or a developer who has left.
Who owns the work when the project is finished?
You do. That includes the data, the documentation, the system itself, and every login. We never hold anything back to keep you as a client.
Are we too small for Microsoft Access migration?
