Do you design websites, or build them too?
Both. One engagement covers design, development, content structure, hosting and maintenance, so the people who draw the design are the same people who have to build it.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes. Every build comes with content management you can run yourself, along with the logins and a walkthrough. You can change a page without filing a support ticket.
Is the site built for phones?
Yes. We build each page at phone width first and widen it from there, since most local searches happen on a phone.
Is SEO included in a website build?
Every build includes the foundations: site speed, structure, crawlability, and Google Business Profile setup. Ongoing search marketing (content, local SEO, AEO and GEO work, and paid search) is our separate Digital Marketing service, sold at a published monthly price.
Who owns the work when the project is finished?
You do. That includes the data, the documentation, the system itself, and every login. We never hold anything back to keep you as a client.
Are we too small for website design and development?
Almost certainly not. Most of our clients are businesses where the person in charge of technology is in charge of three other things too, and we built the process around that person.
Where does Imagi-Tech work?
We work out of 200 Putnam St, Suite 201, Marietta, Ohio, and cover ten markets across Ohio. Most work happens remotely because it is faster, and we schedule on-site time when hands on hardware will help.
What if the person who built our current setup has left?
That is the normal case, and we handle it often. We document what you have from the outside, based on what it does, and the people who use it every day are usually the best source.
