River Point Properties, LLC is a full-service real estate company that has managed properties in the Marietta area since 2003. With over 20 years of experience, they rent and sell properties and offer property management.
The business challenge
River Point Properties was taking on many new properties and needed a smoother, simpler way to handle renting, payments, and the rest of their services. Their website had been frustrating to update and had no online portal. They wanted to take payments and applications online and show their property listings.
What we did
We would build River Point Properties a new website from scratch on a mobile responsive theme and an SEO-integrated platform, so it works on every device and is easier to find in search. A more modern look would show them as a current business, and links would guide visitors to things like making a payment or submitting a maintenance request. Every form that could go online would. Along with the formatting and templates, we would provide instructions on maintaining the new site to take the frustration out of editing content. The site would also take payments of varying amounts so tenants could pay their bills online.
What happened
The old website had dark text on a single dark background, so contrast was poor and it was hard to look at. The spacing was odd and unplanned, and much of the content was outdated and thin. On the new website, the visuals and spacing are designed to look good on desktop and adapt to smaller screens. Every background behind text has high contrast so it stays easy to read.
