Government
Digital Marketing for Government
Managed search at a published price. SEO covers the ten blue links, while AEO and GEO work on the AI answers that now sit above them. If you need calls faster than rankings can bring them, we add PPC. You pay one flat fee each month and get a monthly report that counts phone calls. Records systems that are decades old have to pass strict audits on a budget that always runs short.
Does Imagi-Tech do Digital Marketing for county offices and municipalities?
Yes. Imagi-Tech provides search marketing to county offices and municipalities across ten Ohio markets, from our office in Marietta, Ohio. Our published management fee starts at $800 a month. Clients pay ad budget straight to the ad platform. The problem it addresses: records systems that are decades old have to pass strict audits on a budget that always runs short.

What changes
- Public records found in seconds from a desk
- Audit trails that exist without extra clerical work

How we work
Digital Marketing, cut into four pieces
Free audit
We pull your rankings, Google Business Profile and ad account, check what AI answers say about your category, and write up in plain language where you are losing traffic.
Fix the foundation
We fix technical SEO, page speed, site structure and the local signals Google checks first. A slow site that lists your address three different ways will struggle to rank for anything.
Earn the answer
We write specific, well-organized pages about your work so answer engines have something worth quoting. If you need calls before the rankings come in, paid search runs alongside.
Report and compound
Each month you get a report you can read in five minutes. It shows what ranked, where you got cited and what each call cost, and we put more effort into whatever brought in calls.
Proof
Work like this, written up
Each write-up explains what the client was up against and how our fix turned out.
Jefferson County, PA
We rebuilt three legacy county sites. That meant 200+ pages migrated to a Section 508 compliant platform, a secure case-file exchange for the District Attorney, a maintenance ticketing system, and a new county identity. The .com to .gov migration went live with no downtime.

Questions we get asked
About Digital Marketing for Government
What does search marketing cost?
Managed Search is $800 a month and Managed Search + Paid is $1,600 a month. Both prices are management fees. You pay your ad budget directly to Google or Microsoft, and it stays out of our fee.
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO gets you ranked in the links and the map pack. When an answer engine replies with a paragraph in place of a list of sites, AEO is the work that makes your page the one it quotes. GEO makes sure an AI model describes your business correctly even when nobody typed your name. We manage all of them together because each one helps the others.
Is ad spend included in the monthly price?
No. Our fee pays for management. Your ad budget goes straight to the platform on your own card, so you can see what was spent and where it went. When an agency bundles the two, the split gets hard to check.
How long before search work shows up as calls?
Paid search can bring in calls in the first month. SEO, AEO and GEO build up over time. We report monthly on calls and form fills, so you can see which way things are heading before the totals move much.
Can Digital Marketing work around the systems we already own?
Yes, and that is where we start. We modernize around what you already have. When something has to go, the audit shows you what keeping it costs before we price replacing it.
Are we too small for search marketing?
Almost certainly not. Most of our clients are businesses where the person in charge of technology is in charge of three other things too, and we built the process around that person.
Do you work with county offices and municipalities?
Yes. County offices and municipalities across Ohio are a big part of our client list. The process stays the same whatever the sector: an audit, a written scope you approve, prototype checkpoints where they fit, and then launch and support.
What if the person who built our current setup has left?
That is the normal case, and we handle it often. We document what you have from the outside, based on what it does, and the people who use it every day are usually the best source.
